Mixing, (for music applications) is the process of taking recorded tracks and blending them together. The goal of mixing is to bring out the best in a client's song, by adjusting levels, panning, and using time-based audio effects (chorus, reverb, delay). Good sounding recording techniques are also an integral process to the production.
